Reasons for escalation: -On 04/26/2024 Authorize user was changed multiple times to Corentha Rice then to Nyah Robinson through Integrated Digital Platform -On 04/26/2024 agent KW8881 accessed account validated 1-time pin via SMS then reserved CTNs 557-200-9897 & 557-200-9895 and installments on the lines. Lines have not been activated.. Both ines and installments need to be removed devices not showing on order track AVT: -Agent located in the same market as BAN -High Risk Button pressed at POS TLG: -ID Scan was bypassed -Transaction alerted at POS for fraud review and transaction was denied
Action Taken: -Canceled CTN(s) -Deemed Add On Fraud -Updated passcode security level -AUs have been removed already and BAN passcode was updated .Kabir Warren/Ellis (pseudo)/GFMO
