THE IMPACT OF GENDER EQUALITY TO PEOPLE

INTRODUCTION
The principle of gender equality, that is the notion everyone should have equal rights, opportunities, and treatment in all areas of life based only on the person’s sex, is an essential point of social justice. It focuses on eliminating bias and discrimination due to sex and includes the belief that men and women have the same intrinsic value and dignity.

This study aims to foster a culture of respect, empowerment, and inclusivity, thereby creating a more just and equitable society for people of all genders. And to identify the impacts of gender equality to people.

This research also aims to answer the following question:
1. How do cultural norms and stereotypes influence perceptions of gender roles in various industries?
2. What are the key factors contributing to the gender pay gap, and how can it be effectively addressed?
3. How do workplace policies and practices, such as parental leave policies and flexible work arrangements, impact gender equality in terms of career advancement and work-life balance?
4.How do intersectional identities, such as race, ethnicity, and socioeconomic status, intersect with gender to shape experiences of inequality in the workplace?

SCOPE AND DELIMITATIONS:
The present study will investigate the aspects of gender equality to expose the socio-cultural, economic, and institutional determinants of the dimension. Besides, more specific domains such as education, employment, healthcare, political involvement, and leadership position will also be covered. The current project will also assess the policies and practices that have been implemented to target and eliminate disparities and promote universal acceptance and development. This study focuses on modern gender trends in a particular geographic area or industry and does not consider historical aspects. Moreover, the work relates to one industry or tact and is based on materials available mostly in one language. Thus, the chosen method and possible sampling dependence can affect the accuracy of the gender equality representation.

SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY
Research about gender equality is critically important for fostering social justice, economic development, and sustainable progress. By identifying and addressing gender disparities in areas such as employment, education, healthcare, and political participation, research plays a key role in promoting fairness and equal opportunities for all genders. Gender equality is also closely linked to health and well-being, innovation, and sustainable development, highlighting the multifaceted importance of research in this field.
