Roasting
As a light roast, Lazy Sunday is gentle on the palate and softens into a warm embrace for your senses. The cocoa bean from Latin America is used to smooth out the brew while Africa includes citrus notes for balance. The result is a drink that can be consumed by itself, or with milk chocolate or cake. It's a perfect match for vanilla and lemon drizzle cakes. sponges.
When brewing this coffee, we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel with some off the boil water to ensure that it stays warm and ready to brew. After the coffee is brewed, allow it to sit for 4 minutes, this ensures that the grounds are saturated and not over extracted. The water should be pushed through by the plunger. Don't stir or agitate your coffee as this can cause unpleasant elements to appear in the cup.

The cocoa-like hints can be traced to a winters' day spent on the sofa, reading a good book and a warm family hug. To brew your coffee, first heat up your French Press with off boil water. This will prevent the coffee from becoming over extracted and creating undesirable elements in the drink. Then add your grounds and 250ml of off the boil water. Steep for 4 minutes, plunge and enjoy.
