Display the full name for a code.
You can also find airline or airport codes on the internet.

*How to create the PNR
- PNR (Passenger Name Record) represents the booking details
- 5 basic mandatory elements:
1. Name of Pax
2. Itinerary (Airline names, flight, date & time, city pair)
3. Contact
4. Ticketing element (the status of the ticket)
5. RF (received from): agent name, agent location

Course: Essential anatomy of a PNR
What Makes a PNR?
+ Sell Segment (SS)
Description: To incorporate flights into a PNR, use entries starting with SS. Before selling a segment, availability must be checked with the command AN. Every PNR must contain a flight itinerary, or flight segments.
Key Takeaway: SS creates the itinerary. Think "Sell Segment."
+ Name (NM)
Description: Entries beginning with NM are used for adding passenger names. Making corrections to names in existing PNRs are common tasks you'll encounter. Every PNR must contain passenger names.
Key Takeaway: NM is for name entries. We'll explore name updates later.
+ Phone (AP)
Description: The phone field, initiated with AP, ensures that both the company and airline can reach the traveler. Adding phone numbers to PNRs may be part of your duties.
Key Takeaway: AP is used to add phone contact details.
+ Received From (RF)
Description: A PNR must be acknowledged, starting with a RF entry. Changes need to be received before saving a PNR.
Key Takeaway: RF entries acknowledge changes. This entry is used frequently.
+ Ticketing (TK)
Description: The TK element is vital for ticket issuance, providing details on the method and timing. Post-issuance, this element indicates the ticket's processing details.
Key Takeaway: TK entries are crucial for ticketing procedures.

*Segment Status Definitions
*Creating PNR manual:
1. NM1 Lastname/ First name
2. AN departure date city pair
