In traditional medicine, dragon fruit peel reduces inflammation and enhances cardiovascular health. The process involved in making the lip balm includes cleaning and drying the Aloe vera and Dragon Fruit Peel. Next, extract the Aloe vera pulp and Dragon fruit peel by crushing them using a blender. Determine the ideal proportion of Aloe vera and Dragon fruit peel extract to combine with the extraneous variable, olive oil, and let it simmer. Filter the mixture to remove impurities and add beeswax using the double boiling method to melt it. Allow the mixture to cool down before adding essential oil, and finally, pour the mixture into a container for solidification.

There are three parameters that had been tested by the researcher, namely the moisturizing efficacy, and allergenicity and skin reactions. In terms of shelf-life the results show that there is no significant difference between the conducted study and the control variable. However, in terms of moisturizing efficacy the result shows that there is a significant difference between the experimental variable and the control variable.
