Raja Louis XIV bertemu dengan kepala sekolah akademi. Raja Louis membangun akademi baru di Marseilles. Ada rumor yang berputar di dalam komunitas penyihir dan pengadilan Louis bahwa beliau mempunyai seorang anak penyihir melalui ibunya dan beliau hanya ingin yang terbaik bagi anaknya di Selatan Perancis. Namun, itu hanya rumor tanpa adanya bukti
Apapun motif di belakangnya, Academy of Druidic Magic of France berpindah ke lokasi barunya di Marseilles dan diberi nama Académie de Magie Beauxbâtons.
Asrama-Asrama Beauxbaton
1. Rouerie = sangat mementingkan kecerdasan diatas segalanya, baik, pemalu, suka bermain teka-teki, dan membawa buku tebal. Warna asramanya biru & hijau, lambangnya berbentuk merak
2. Sournois = Pendiri asrama ini Boden Sournois. Anak asrama ini rata-rata berdarah murni, mengagungkan kebangsawanan. Terkenal agak arogan, dan sedikit berhati hitam. Warna asrama merah & hitam. Lambangnya elang.
3. Cossu = Pendiri asrama ini Jocelin Cossu. Anak asrama ini biasanya sangat kreatif dan menginspirasikan banyak orang. Warna asramanya biru & putih. Sementara lambangnya kucing.
