1) The student's responsibilities as a Junior Data Analyst at Gervais Party & Tent Rentals include helping with data gathering, analysis, and reporting. This entails organizing and cleansing datasets, performing statistical analysis, and producing insights to help the business's decision-making procedures. The student will also be in charge of working with teammates to accomplish project goals and effectively presenting findings to stakeholders

2) The company and the student have set goals for the work term that include the student learning how to analyze data practically and improving abilities with relevant software tools including SQL, PowerBI, and Python programming languages. A greater comprehension of the business operations and industry dynamics of the organization, as well as active participation in initiatives that use data-driven insights to optimize operations and spur business growth, may also be among the goals.

3) The student intends to study sophisticated data analysis approaches and techniques, such as machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling, during the work period. They also want to become more adept at using data visualization programs like Tableau and Power BI and enhance their capacity to extract useful information from large, complicated datasets. In addition, they look for chances to apply academically acquired theoretical information to real-world business problems, which promotes a deeper comprehension of the topic of data analytics's practical applications.
