Roast

A well-roasted coffee will be full and rich of flavour with a smooth, balanced profile. It will have a distinct aftertaste, with minimal sourness while retaining the original character of bean. This is accomplished by roasting beans until they turn to a medium brown and have lost the majority of their moisture.
