A little tip: Pre-heat your press by adding water that has just been boiled. If the ground is added too soon they may over extract, resulting in undesirable elements in the cup.

Taylors Lazy Sunday coffee beans are slowly roasted to develop flavours such as smooth milk chocolate, delicate citrus and a mellow, easy-going character. If you're pressed pause during the week or winding down on the weekend, a little portion of this gentle roast goes a long way to relax your mind and body.
2x 1kg bags of this delicious coffee. Suitable for espresso or filter. Made in the UK by Taylors. Fairtrade certified. Vegans and vegetarians can use this product.
Roasting
As a light roast, Lazy Sunday is a light roast that is easy on the palate, and then softens into a warm embrace for your senses. The cocoa influences of Latin America smooth the brew whilst Africa brings citrus hints to add the balance. The result is a cup that can be consumed by itself, or with milk chocolate or cake. It would complement vanilla cakes with lemon drizzle and lemon sponges.
When making this coffee, we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel with some off the boil water to ensure that it stays warm and ready for brewing. After the coffee is brewed, allow it to sit for 4 minutes, this ensures that the grounds are fully saturated and not over extracted. The water should be pushed through with the plunger. Do not stir or stir the coffee, as this could result in unpleasant odors appearing in your cup.

Lazy Sunday is a smooth light roast that has the sweet, citrus and cocoa smell. It has a silky mouthfeel that sooths the palate. The hints of cocoa can be traced back to a winter's day sat on the sofa with a good book and an embrace from the family. Pre-heat your French Press by using water that has not yet reached the boiling point. This is recommended to stop the coffee from absorbing too much and forming unwanted elements in your drink. Then add your grounds and 250ml of off the boil water. For coffee beans 1kg , simmer, plunge, and enjoy.
