A tip: Prior to you add your grounds, you should pre-heat the press using a small amount of the boiling water, because should the coffee come in contact with hot water too quickly it may over extract and produce undesirable elements in the cup.

Taylors Lazy Sunday coffee beans are slowly roasted to develop flavors like smooth milk chocolate, delicate citrus and a mellow, easy-going personality. This roast is perfect to soothe your muscles and mind whether you're relaxing during a busy weekday or winding up at the weekend.

Roasting
Lazy Sunday is an easy roast that is pleasant to drink. It softens and transforms into an opulent hug to your senses. The cocoa from Latin America is used to smooth the brew while Africa provides citrus notes to balance. The result is a cup that is a great drink on its own, with cake or milk chocolate. It can also be paired with lemon drizzle cakes or simple vanilla sponges very well.
We recommend the French Press method to brew this coffee. Heating your vessel by adding some water that is just boiling will keep it warm. Once brewed leave to steep for four minutes, this will ensure that the grounds are completely saturated and not over extracted. The water is then forced through the grounds by the plunger, do not stir or agitate the coffee, as this could result in unpleasant components in your cup.
