A few tips: Before you add your grounds, you should pre-heat the press with some off the boiling water, as should the coffee come in contact with hot water too rapidly, it could over extract and cause undesirable elements in the cup.

Taylors Lazy Sunday coffee beans are slow-roasted to develop the aromas of creamy milk chocolate and delicate citrus for a gentle, easy-going style. When you're trying to pause a hectic weekday or winding down for the weekend, a bit of this mellow roast will go a long ways to relax your body and mind.

Roasting
As a light roast Lazy Sunday is gentle on the palate and mellows into a warm embrace for your senses. The cocoa influences from Latin America smooth the brew whilst Africa offers citrus hints to bring the balance. The result is a coffee that can be consumed on its own, with cake or milk chocolate. It can also be paired with lemon drizzle cakes or vanilla sponges extremely well.
When brewing this coffee, we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel using some of the boiling water to ensure it is warm and ready to brew. After the coffee is brewed, allow it to sit for four minutes, this will ensure that the grounds are fully saturated and not over extracted. The water should be pushed through by the plunger. Do not stir or agitate your coffee as this can cause unpleasant elements to appear in your cup.

Storage
Lazy Sunday is an aromatic light roast that has an uplifting citrus and cocoa aroma. It has a silky touch and a soft mouthfeel. The cocoa-like hints can be traced to the days of winter spent on the sofa, reading a good book with the warmth of a hug from the family. To brew the coffee, first pre heat your French Press with off boil water. This will prevent the coffee from being too extracted and causing undesirable elements in the drink. Add buy fresh coffee beans , and 250ml of off the boil water. Steep for four minutes, take a plunge, and then enjoy.
