Taylors Lazy Sunday coffee beans are slowly roasted to develop flavors like smooth milk chocolate, gentle citrus and a mellow, easy-going character. When you're trying to pause an intense weekday or winding down for the weekend, a little portion of this gentle roast can go a long way to relaxing your mind and body.

Roasting
Lazy Sunday is a light roast that is pleasant on the palate. It softens and transforms into warm to your senses. The cocoa influences of Latin America smooth the brew whilst Africa adds citrus notes to bring the balance. The result is a delicious coffee that can be enjoyed by itself or with cakes, milk chocolate or other sweets. It is a great match with vanilla and lemon drizzle cakes. sponges.
When brewing this coffee, we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel by adding some off the boiling water to ensure that it stays warm and ready for brewing. After the brewing process, let the coffee steep for four minutes. This ensures that all the grounds have been saturated and are not over-extracted. The water must be pushed through using the plunger. Don't stir or agitate your coffee as it can result in unpleasant odors appearing in your cup.
Strength - 3 is soft and easygoing, great for relaxing weekends.
