Daniel chapter 1 : Daniel and his friends Obay God[Hananiah, Mishael, Azariah]
vs 8 Proposed in his heart that he will not defile himself with the portion of the kingl's meat nor wine which he drank ...
vs 9 God brought Daniel into favour and tender love with the prince of the Eunuchs
vs 11-12 Daniel said to Melzar that for 10days, let the give us vegetables to eat and water to drink
vs 13 Let out features be looked upon before thee and the features of the children that eat the portion of the kings meat
vs 15 After 10days, their features looked better and fatter in flesh that all the children who ate the portion of the Kings meat

Chapter 2: Nebuchadnezzar's dream
v12 King was angry and furious and gave command to destroy all the wise men of babylon
v13 The decree went out and they began killing the wise men; and they sought Daniel and his companions to kill them
v19 The secret was revealed to Daniel in a night vision
vs 32 the image's head was of fine gold, its chest and arms of silver its belly and thighs of bronze
vs 33 legs of iron, feet partly of irion and partly clasy
vs 34 you watched while the stone was cut and which struck the image on its feet of iron and clay and broke then into pieces
vs 35 the iron,clay,broze,silver and gold were cruched together and became like chaff ....the wind carried them away so that no trace of them was found ...and the stone that struck the image become a great mountain and filled the whole earth
vs 38 you are this head of gold
vs 39 after you shall arise another kingdom inferior to yours; then another a third kingdom of bronze shall rule over the earth
v40 the 4th kingdon shall be as strong as iron ..inasmuch iron breaks and shutters everything; and like iron that crushes, that kingdom will break in pieces and crush all the others
v41-42 feet and toes were partly of potters clay and iron, the kingdom shall be divided yet the strength of iron shall be in it ...just like that, the kingdom shall be partly strong and partly fragile
v43 as you saw iron mixed with ceramic clay, they will mingle with the seed of men but they will not adhere to one another just as iron does not mix with clay
v44 In the days of these kings, the God of heaven will set up a kingdom which shall never be destroyed, the kingdom shall not be left on other people, it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms and it shall stand forever
vs 45 as you saw the stone was cut out of the mountain without hands, and that it broke in pieces the iron, bronze, clay, silver and the gold; God has made know to the king what will come to pass after this ..
vs 48 king made Daniel ruler over the whole province of babylon and chief admin over all the wise men

Chapter 3 :The Image of Gold
vs1 the king made an image of Gold whose height was 60cubits and its widith 6cubits set it in the plain of Dura in the province of Babylon
v6 whoever does not fall down and worship shall be cast immediately in the midst of a burning fiery furnace
vs 25 I see four men loose walking in the midst of the fire and they are not hurt and the form of the 4th is like the son of God

Chapter 4: Nebuchadnezzar's 2nd dream
vs 10-11 and behold a tree in the midst of the earth and its height was great ...if grew and become strong and its height could be seen everywhere on earth
vs 22 it is you all king who has become strong for your greatness has grown and reaches to the heavens and your dominion to the end of the earth
vs 23 let my advice be acceptable to you; break off your sins by being righteous and your iniquities by showing mercy to the poor perhaps there may be a lengthening of your prosperity

Chapter 5: Belshazzar's feast
vs 4-5 they drank wine and praised the gods of gold and silver, bronze, iron , wood and stone ...in the same hour, the fingers of a man's hand appeared and wrote opposite the lampstand on the plaster of the wall of the kings palace. The king saw the part of the hand that wrote
vs 25 the inscription that was written was MENE, MENE, TEKEL, UPHARSIN
MENE: God has numbered your kingdom and finished it
TEKEL:you have been weighed in the balances and found wanting
PERES: your kingdom has been devided and given to the Medes and the Persians
vs 30 that very night, Belshazzar, king of the chaldeans was slain
vs31 and Darius the Mede reveived the kingdom being about 62years old

Chapter 6: The plot aganist Daniel

Chapter 7: Vision of the four beasts
vs3 4beasts came from the sea each different from the other
vs4-7 1st was like lion with wings of an eagle
2nd was like bear with 3ribs in between its teeth
3rd was like a leopard which had 4wings of a bird and the beast had 4heads
4th beast had huge iron teeth was dreadful and terrible ...it was different from all beasts and it had 10 horns
vs8 there was another horn a little one coming up among them before whom three of the first horns were plucked out by the roots ...and there in this horn were human like eyes and a mouth speaking pompus words

Chapter 8: Vision of a Ram and a Goat
vs 20 the ram which you saw having the two horns,they are the kings of Media and Persia
vs 21 the male goat is the king of Greece, the large horn in btwn its eyes is the first king
vs 22 as for the broken horn and the 4 that stood up, in its place, 4kingdoms shall arise out of that nation but not with its power
