*USA saw that the budget was changed to 10,000 but previously it was 15,000 and he wanted to know what happened and called Philippines instead of China, Philippines was driving down the road, he was stuck in traffic, he was playing a game until a random number called from New York(USA) 917, he was like ,,oh!! i dont know the number." he hit talk and goes ,,hello?" USA goes ,,hey China what's going on?" Philippines thought ,,my names Philippines. not China." so clearly he goes ,,nothing much man, what's going on with you?" USA goes ,,i'll tell what's going on, i just got an email about the budget, it suppose to be 15,000 now it's 10,000. and i like to know what the hell going on." and Philippines grabs the steering wheel and thought ,,alright fcking focus, focus right now, your name is China and there's a budget, it's 15,000 now it's 10,000, no ones happy about it, just get going with this. just go with this." Philippines goes ,,10,000!? it's suppose to be 15,000!" USA goes ,,well yeah, i just got an email saying it's 10,000." Philippines goes ,,hey man i dont know man, i'm on the road rn and i havent even seen the email." USA goes ,,are you behind this!? did you send it out!?" Philippines thought ,,it's giving China sum attitude, yknow what i mean?" USA still hasnt notice it was the wrong number, Philippines: well how do you expect me to know, hey how about you go call Jessica and ask her? he made up and name and hoped that USA will ask her and he actually believed it, Philippines got back home and told his neighboring countries and they laughed, Philippines goes and save the random persons number and random guy(USA number) just in case he calls again, after a few days not calls yet and then a day later, Random guy calls, Philippines looks confused at first and thought ,,random guy? who the hell is random guy- OH RANDOM GUY!!" he realized and picked up the phone and answer it and it was Random guy(USA) with another random person (Japan), random guy talks ,,hey larry, what's going on?" Philippines thought ,,now he's calling me larry." and Philippines goes ,,nothing much man what's going on with you?" (larry) Philippines: yes, what about it?
