A tip: Prior to you add your grounds, you should pre-heat the press using a small amount of the boiling water, because should the coffee come in contact with hot water too fast, it may over extract and produce undesirable elements in the cup.

Taylors Lazy Sunday coffee beans are slow-roasted to create flavors of creamy milk chocolate and gentle citrus for a soft easy-going style. When you're trying to pause the week or winding down on the weekend, a bit of this mellow roast goes a long way to relax your mind and body.

Roasting
Lazy Sunday is an easy roast that is pleasant to drink. It mellows and becomes warm to your senses. The cocoa sourced from Latin America is used to smooth out the brew while Africa includes citrus notes for balance. The result is a coffee that is a great drink by itself, or with cake or milk chocolate. It is a great match with lemon drizzle cakes and vanilla sponges.
We recommend the French Press method to brew this coffee. Heating your vessel by adding some water that is just boiling will keep it warm. After brewing, let it sit for 4 minutes, this ensures that the grounds are completely saturated and not over extracted. The water must be pushed through using the plunger. Don't stir or stir the coffee, as this could cause unpleasant elements to appear in the cup.
