Starbucks purchases their coffee directly from the farm on which they were grown, in order to help improve the quality of their coffee and ensure ethical sourcing. For every kilogram of coffee beans sold, Starbucks plant a tree. The beans themselves aren't branded to indicate where they come from although some blends are named - Veranda comes from Sumatra, Komodo Dragon from Indonesian, and Anniversary is a mix of african and central american beans.
