Hi everyone! My name is Jessica and I attend West Springfield High School in Springfield, VA (if you've heard about WSHS, it's probably because of our stellar dance team or sex scandals - wonderful!). Though I've been accepted into VCUarts for fashion merchandising, I'm going to call the school soon and see if I can transfer out to instead major in political science, public policy, government, and/or communications.

Unlike what seems to be everyone on this page, I am NOT fit, so I'm sorry to disappoint anyone looking for a gym buddy in a roommate. And I'm not kidding when I say that I'm not fit - I feel like dying after running two blocks (which is an improvement from where I was before - feeling like dying after running half a block). However, I'm your gal if you're looking for someone to explore the city with (calling all my fellow self-proclaimed foodies)! Since I'm only a short Metro ride away from it, I go into DC often, whether it's because my friends and I have found out about a new restaurant, there's a band playing, or we want to be tourists in our own city and I plan to continue doing the same, just in Richmond instead of DC.

Talk to me about music and I'll love you forever! The first thing I do when I start creeping on someone's Facebook profile is see if I can view their music interests because I truly think it's something that I can make a strong connection with someone about. My favorite bands/musicians are U.S. Royalty, Unknown Mortal Orchestra, Run the Jewels, Death Grips, White Denim, Leon Bridges, Turnover, Title Fight, Joyce Manor, Mac Demarco (though I can confirm his fans are the worst people ever), King Krule - the list could go on for ages.

I am currently looking for a roommate, so let me know if I seem somewhat like a tolerable human being to share a school year with. Congratulations to everyone on their acceptances!
