Concealed Weapon Slot

The concealed weapon slot is a unique slot that allows you to bring pistols in to a mission. Some players use this to achieve certain goals and targets, particularly those who want to go for Suit Only. Others prefer to have the extra pistol as an additional gap. It is important to remember that to select the pistols that belong in this slot, click on the button for the appropriate category, such as alternate slot 2 machine guns. Major Expedition and Adept Rider are both active, making it much easier to use. This combo adds a damage tick every 10 seconds from the Concealed Weapon for as long as it is positioned.

Slot for items being smuggled

The smuggled items slot an excellent feature that lets players bring weapons and tools into the game, but it can be improved. It's currently shaped as a pistol which makes it difficult to distinguish the smuggled items slot from other slots in the gear.


The smuggle slot is able to hold many different objects, ranging from simple concussion devices to explosives that are weapon-grade. These items are hidden in places around the map. They can also be found anytime. Smuggled items differ from Agency Pickups or Hidden Stashes which conceal small objects hidden in the scenery and objects.

Mission planning is a feature available in episodic missions that allows players to discover different starting locations as well as smuggled items and gear slots ahead of their entry into the map. The options for planning increase as players advance through challenges and gain higher Mission Mastery levels. This lets players prepare the perfect mission for each challenge.

Gear Slot

In the beginning of the game, players will notice that their gear slots become full, resulting in the dreaded "Your Gear Slots are Full" message, which blocks Max from picking new equipment until the old ones are cleared or a larger space is found. Hogwarts Legacy Merlin Trials are the answer to this issue. They give players more inventory space for completing challenges missions. However, because the majority of these challenges are scattered throughout the world and can be missed, it can take an extended time to obtain the most inventory slots in the game.

Each player has up to five different kinds of gear in their five Gear Slots. These are to be selected from the Gear Selection menu prior to breaking in. Each gear item (except for the Pistol) is a part of one Gear Slot, while a grouping of similar items (such as the grouping of Grenades) only uses one Gear Slot.

Agency pick-ups

As you progress through the Mission Mastery levels you unlock various agency pickups on the map. These locations let you keep items that don't fit in your concealed weapon or gear slot and take them out later.

Rain Bet are especially useful if you need to pass through a frisk later in the game, or if you are carrying a weapon that could otherwise trigger suspicion. You can only hide only one item at a pick-up location.

This DLC also includes new asset protection and security contracts to the agency. Contact the receptionist at the agency and stock up on snacks and armor. Once you have reached the marker you can identify a crowd upon arrival.
