This study focuses on Alternative Learning System (ALS) students' sleep quality and how it affects their academic performance. This specifically concentrated on Santos Ventura National Senior High School grade 12 HUMSS students. Combining a descriptive research design with a quantitative approach in this investigation. Data were collected through a self-administered questionnaire. The analysis was based on descriptive statistics. The researcher conducted the study in March 2024 at Santos Ventura National Senior High School. Furthermore, the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index was used to measure the sleep quality of ALS students. As a result, it was determined that the factors that affected poor sleep quality in Grade 12 HUMSS students at Santos Ventura National Senior High School, more than 87.5% influence by schoolwork and personal problems. On the other hand, among ALS students, factors such as alcohol consumption had very less impact on good and poor quality. Furthermore, a positive correlation between good quality and attitudes such as attention, confidence, punctuality was recognized. Consequently, ALS students' academic achievement and establishing their health depend on controlling how nocturnal activities are carried out and correcting poor sleep quality. Appropriate time management, a positive mindset, and better, higher-quality sleep should be prioritized in order to lessen these influences and finish early.
