Jormungandr
You have inherited the legacy of Jormungandr, the great World Serpent

LORE: After Jormungandr encircled Midgard, the gods came down to banish the serpent from their world before it became too strong. After a fierce and heated battle with the gods, the snake was banished to the underworld. Unbeknownst to them, however, Hel was caring for her brother in the dark and ever-burning domain she calls home, waiting for the day he would be strong enough to return, and bathe the world in his poisonous wrath

Passive:

Gods Nightmare- As a being that makes even gods tremble in fear, you cannot truly die and can strike fear into the bravest of warriors, causing all those around you to be overcome with an unshakable, intense, debilitating fear of displeasing you in the slightest.
No being is spared. Your growth potential is unlimited.

Sepulchral Tone- Your voice bears a slight, eldritch undertone that weakens the mind of whoever hears it drastically and fills them with a terror that transcends their very souls. Anything you say is perceived as true.

Devious Aura- Your aura is toxic, and overwhelms the minds of those in close proximity to it over time until they mindlessly follow your every wish.

Serpentine Constitution- Having your bodily matter replaced with that of Jormungandr, you have inhuman strength, speed, and reflexes, as well as immunity to every poison or toxin. Your bodily potential is unlimited, there is no limit to how strong you can grow.
You can also transform into Jormungandr (weakened form) temporarily or partially transform parts of your body into his (Such as growing strong scales). As jormungandr, you can slither through the air faster than the speed of sound, and all abilities are more powerful.

Abilities:

Liminal Slither- you can move through reality itself, making parts of your body tangible or intangible at will. Works in both forms

The Unending Depths- There is a dimension in your soul, made of an infinite, dark, stormy, and foggy sea. The water in this dimension is as cold as liquid nitrogen and only tangible to souls, knocking them out of their bodies and tossing them about. You can control the dimension, twisting space itself to become as turbulent as the never-ending sea, and controlling the water from it. You can produce this water from your mouth as well, or any orifice in your body, and can transport anything through this water to this dimension as well, or to any other Depths water, acting as a portal. Once you have flooded an area in this water, It enters a state of limbo between our world and the depths, giving you complete control over it as well. Once frozen (Which you can do at will) this water turns into black ice, which continuously chills the area around it and can cause a chill to settle in the bones of those exposed to it, making them feel cold and miserable forever, unable to get warm or feel any sort of happiness or pleasure, as well as slowing them drastically. You can remove this chill if you so wish. Black Ice is volatile, evaporating directly instead of melting, and evaporating anything frozen inside it as well. The dead raise and follow your command when touched by this water, or the spirits that emanate from it, slaves to your will, just like those who consume this water.

Toxin Secretion- You can secrete and control any type of poison or toxin from any part of your body.

Jormungandr's Venom- Secrete and manipulate a powerful toxin that can affect even gods, that causes flesh to become liquid and slough off bones. This poison can be vaporized as well.

Insidious Poison- Secrete and manipulate a poison that puts any affected being under your control, and causes them to secrete the poison as well.

Eye of The Primordial Serpent- Your eyes can put any being under your control through eye contact, or turn them to stone if you look upon them with disdain. You can see thoughts, intentions and through walls and impenetrable darkness. Nothing is hidden from your sight.

Hell Snake- You control the serpent demons of hell, and can manifest them from your body or anywhere around you within a 10-meter radius. They are inky black, with their gleaming white bones showing through their flesh. They can slither through the air and space itself. All snakes obey you.

Haunted blood- Your blood is haunted by the souls claimed by you and it reaches out to slay all those who harm you. It is toxic and blue.

Jormungandr's Chosen- A ghostly Jormungandr slithers through the air and coils around you, protecting you.

Sweet Poison- You can use your poison to strengthen yourself or heal allies.

Coils of insanity- You can implant a hell snake within your victims, which slowly overtakes their bodies and souls, putting them under your control as it coils around their heart.

Ouroboros Seal, Calamity- Jormungandr removes his tail from his maw, unlocking the Ouroboros seal. All around you, the dead rise, the sky blackens, and The Unending Depths surge forth.
