What is a Man Down Alert?
A Man Down Alert is a safety device that will automatically alert someone else if your lone worker suffers a fall or injury. The device will then send a digital message to a trusted person (for example, their supervisor or manager) and/or an Alarm Receiving Centre.

Using a hand portable radio or a smart device that can be worn on the wrist, the Man Down Alert will constantly monitor for certain types of movement and/or lack of motion. If these parameters are not met within a predefined time, the device will emit an audio Alert Tone to the user and/or their colleagues.


If a Man Down Alert is not responded to or acknowledged within the predefined reminder timer, the radio or smart device will initiate a Man Down Emergency Alarm or Emergency Call. fall alert necklace This will then be handled by a team of security professionals who will then attempt to contact the user via their phone or email, and if necessary, organise a response.
