The staff supported Hayden by taking a shower this evening before leaving the facility. Today Hayden will have dinner with his family to celebrate his birthday. Hayden's room is clean, tidy and free of any clutter.
The staff support Hayden by taking the medications he takes in the morning and evening and handing them over to Hayden’s mother so that she can give him the medication on time. Hayden left with his mother at 4:40 to celebrate his birthday at the family home
Today Matthew took a shower this evening.
Today Matthew cleaned his room and made it clean and tidy. He invited the staff to look at his room and how he cleaned it.
Today Matthew was happy because his room was clean and tidy and he was playing the racing game with his friends online. The staff supported Matthew by taking him to McDonald's to have dinner out and he was also happy to have dinner out and after returning home Matthew stayed in his room playing the racing game and was enjoying his time.
The staff supported Brandi by taking him to a McDonald's restaurant for dinner. Brandi was happy about that. He ate a Big Mac and after eating dinner, the staff brought Brandy home at 6:15 p.m.
Today, Brandy was listening to songs on TV, and he was enjoying it. He was even repeating the songs, and at 9:30 pm, Brandy went to sleep.
