- Opportunities to connect with others (ypo members and other yng members) to network and share experiences
When i came into yng there was virtually no engagement. I reached out and it was incredibly difficult for me. I looked for opportunities to engage and i just didn’t find them. I would like to change this.
As YNG members we need to create our own communities and to me that is what enables engagement. We need to bring people into yng to understand that it’s a community.
Last q:
One of the projects that i would focus on is building a small team of YNG members to reach out and understand how we can improve engagement. That is the first step is to understand how we can improve from the. We as an organization can’t have or do anything without engagement.
1st q:
Ive seen the difference that YPO can make in the lives of leaders and their families. I want to develop that same level of success and make-a-difference within YNG.
2nd q:
What I’m passionate about is supporting emotional and social support for members. It is the most important aspect of building connections that enable YNG members to connect and help each other. Connecting and helping each other is what I have seen as the central aspect of success.
The YNG community needs social, emotional, and professional connections.
