Hello my name is Julian Varela, I'm public relationships manager for charity events in Chain of Hope, do you know something us?.
Well we are a not lucrative organization and our mission is to help children with cardiac diseases in undeveloped countries. We count with a chain of volunteer surgeons and medical teams ready to provide the urgent medical care they desperately need.
So to complete the chain, we organize some events during the year to get financial support. In may the 8th we want to prepare a brunch in our headquarters to Brussels for directors and managers of the differents companies established in Brussels, obviously you are one of our special guest, but the real purpose of my call it's to invite you to be one of our sponsors during the event. We are counting for example with praline boxes of Leonidas and we would like to ask to you and your organization in Le pain quotidian if it's possible that you supply us with the viennoiserie and bagels that we will need during the event.
As the others sponsors that are helping you will get special banners and publicity areas if you need it.
So as I told you the event will be get place on the 8 of may between 11:30 in the morning and 1:30 in the afternoon.
