She requires good, positive adult role models in her life, because her family (mother, Grandmother, sister) as well as her instructors at this school, which i think instigate a great job of keeping her grounded and focused as best they definitely will. I liked the way the tutors worked together as a team, sending each other e-mails keeping on top of what each student is doing, what they're lacking, other individuals. In that way, the students are treated as individuals, and shown individual respect, which is at this age.
