TERMS OF BIZ
Do you have a budget set aside for recruitment?
- For our plug and play: we typically we tend to charge 21% which means you're free to work with other agencies, there's no up front fee, and you only pay when a candidate starts.
- For our enhanced service: We charge 18% which comes with some exclusivity, and again, no up front cost.
Both come with a rebate scheme that lasts 12 weeks on a sliding scale. Plug and play is 75% if they leave weeks 1-4, 50% if they leave 5-8, 25% if they were to leave 9-12, the only difference on enhanced is you 100% for the first 4 weeks.
