Stages- We have to select stages in pick up cases if customer wants pick up then advisor have to select (NPR Pickup required) if customer don’t want pick up then advisor have to select( NPR Pick not required) and status should be Pending with snap deal in both the scenarios.
Address- if in case address need to be change or need Alt number then we have to select stage and stages will be ( Pick up required address change ) and need to be mentioned complete address in log a call with alt mobile number status should be pending with snap deal.
APUC cases – Need to confirm all the details of courier boy and need to select APUC stage , status should be pending with snap deal.
Multiple suborder – Need to select multiple suborder stage ,status should be pending with snap deal.
Also advisors received any other scenario cases like empty parcel etc then the advisor need to changed IC and status should be pending with snap deal.
