Primarily, I would like to start with the "Rules of Conduct" and explain why my account was banned due to the deficiency of reference article you have given in ticket #973120aa12345 .
As I mentioned (in the ticket #973120aa12345), this account is played by 2 people and we are living at student dormitories. Thus we are utilizing from "common" internet connections provided by dorm management. This internet connections are used by numerous people who have same IP adresses, therefore we are definitely not responsible for this act. We are always ready to provide our residential addresses taken from dorm management to you.
In our 660 hours of playing, even though we did not get into any illegal activity, our account was blocked without any justified reason and thus we got into such a horrible situation that both moral and monetary side.
