Onward and Upward in 2016

It’s been a busy year for the Remix team! In addition to growing our team from the original four co-founders to a team of thirteen (we’re including Jane), we’ve moved offices twice, changed names, held our own conference, and have developed countless new features and updates to our transit planning platform. But above all, we’ve had the privilege of working with transit agencies around the globe to further our mission: plan better transit.

Our customers include organizations who share our mission and we’re proud to help them achieve their goals in a variety of ways. We wanted to share a few stories from around the Remix Community from our first year:
These are just a few of the many incredible things that Remix customers are doing to improve transit in their communities. They provide transit service in places far and wide: covering 23 states, and six countries. We started 2015 with our very first contract (Oregon Department of Transportation, thank you!) and 12 months later, we are proud to be powering the transit planning for over eighty transit agencies.
Our transit agency partners are critical to the Remix Community. They stretch our platform’s capabilities in ways we hadn’t considered and provide us insights on improving the product over time. In 2016, we’ll continue to capture feedback to inform our product roadmap and will expand the opportunities for Remix users to connect and share best practices. Remix’s rapid evolution follows our belief, that like transit, we must continually improve and iterate to meet the needs of our customers.
On behalf of all of us, thanks for making 2015 such an fantastic year. We have some very exciting things on the horizon in 2016 including enhancements to drawing, peak bus counts, and much more. Stay tuned, we have lots of other announcements on the horizon.
