The Wild Coast doesn’t get wilder than Dwesa-Cwebe Nature Reserve and Dwesa Campsite, on its southwestern edge (in the Dwesa part of the reserve), is a beautiful, befittingly wild and rustic spot to soak it all in. The reserve was created to protect a few of the last indigenous coastal forest within the region and there’s not rather more to do right here than respect it, and the various species of fowl who call it residence. There are quite a few footpaths along the surrounding cliffs where you’re positive to spot whales (during the winter months) and dolphins as they cruise alongside the protected shoreline.
