- if this is regular GDS booking, advise a Traveler/Arranger that seat cannot be booked via our reservation system and that they can possibly check on airlines' website.
Airlines allow to void a ticket on the same day it was issued.
if there is CWT/WH error, process a ticket void; you need to emulate to the OID where a ticket was issued (see attached screenshot where to find the information on OID); send a request to in-country Admin team email address [email protected] to waive a fee.

For urgent cases (a Traveler at the airport without ticket, ticketing deadline) setup reservation for ticketing following a regular process and check in PNR after a few minutes if it was issued automatically. If not, ask Team Leader to contact in-country team via Webex group to get a ticket issued manually.
For other cases - setup reservation for ticketing and do not follow up if a ticket was issued and you do not contact in-country team if it was not issued. Tickets are issued by an automated process, in case if it fails there is another team taking care of such cases.

Advise a booker to contact the airline directly, as CWT cannot make such a booking on their behalf. If a booker asks to add a Frequent Flyer card for a regular reservation, do it please.
