In today’s fast-paced educational environment, adapting to new technologies is crucial for academic success. For many students like myself, transitioning from a traditional high school setting to a college course that heavily relies on digital tools can be both exciting and challenging. Reflecting on my journey so far, I have made significant progress in enhancing my reading and writing abilities while learning to navigate MS Word on my laptop. These newfound skills have opened up a world of possibilities for me at CTC, laying a solid foundation for future courses.
One of the key aspects of my learning process has been utilizing the resources available to me effectively. Taking detailed notes during class sessions has proven invaluable in grasping complex software concepts. By leveraging various tools within MS Word, I can assess and refine my writing skills, incorporating feedback from online comments to enhance my grasp of grammar rules. Despite facing occasional language barriers that require translation, I dedicate a substantial amount of time each day, typically two to four hours, to complete assignments promptly.

The transition to a laptop-centric learning environment has been particularly daunting, requiring me to seek assistance when encountering difficulties with MS Word or other computer-related tasks.
