Dude: Vancouver! Welcome to the Grand Final of the VibeVision Song Contest 2 Redo! We've got 27 finalists backstage ready for the performance of their lives. They all want to follow in the footsteps of last edition's winner, Tate McRae, and how good was that opening performance guys?

Music is in Vancouver's DNA so it's the right place for this edition's competition. Our theme this year, Imagination at Work, really does sum up the feeling in here in the arena and across the city tonight.

Ooh, the competition backstage is fierce, and that's because there's a lot resting on tonight's results. Now since VibeVision began last year, the competition has always been tough and god it gets tougher every year.

Let's take a look at the previous winners of the contest. We have Spain taking the first win, Canary Islands, Mayotte and Canada.

27 countries are competing in tonight's Grand Final, and here's how the voting works. The 43 national juries make up half the points and the other half is made up of the votes from you, the VibeVision audience.

Dude: Wow! Now if you've never seen VibeVision before, firstly where have you been? Secondly, don't worry there are just a couple of things you need to really get the most satisfying experience.

Most importantly, you need to be on the VibeVision Discord server! Where you can enjoy all the special features and if you haven't joined it yet, WHAT HAVE YOU BEEN DOING?? Because we know you've got your snacks sorted and your lovely drinks but also join the server now and just get involved.

The second thing you need is a scoresheet so you can play along and rate each country and guess where you can find that? YES, also on the server. So, that's VibeVision server, check! Scoresheet, check! The next act hoping to win the VibeVision trophy tonight? CHECK! IT'S MAYOTTE!

Dude: So far, we've seen 16 acts and they've all done a fantastic job! Now they can chill out and enjoy the 11 countries still to come, but they can't relax too much because once all acts have performed the voting will vote will be close!
