I've sent an e-mail, relating that my character {Teryk Zott} got deleted, I got the answer that my char was deleted by ASSOCIATION with bot. Being sincerely, I play tibia since 9 years, and bot always was a constant problem inside the game, although I always played following the tibian rules, I cant responsibilize for the decision of the other ones, if I'm going to make a teamhunt, and one of the members is using BOT, the fault is not mine, I cant responsibilize for their actions, and even worse, I couldnt get punished by them.

Another point that I wanted to accentuate, is that in Brazil, usually you contract third-party ISP, which means that your whole neighborhood use the same internet, with the same IP adress, and I usually go to a CyberCafe after my school. Now, if someone uses the same ISP as me or plays on the same Cybercafe, uses something illegal is not my fault. I pay for a service, like everyone else that uses the same internet,

The bot is a true problem inside the game, but its unfair, my account, that I dedicated years of my life being deleted by "association", consdering that I NEVER used anythign illegal, if the people uses BOT its because besides the efforts that you do, they still can keep botting, cos you gonna get an HONEST player deleted, that never used anything, and deleting him because of an "association" with bot.

Bringing this to the RL life, its normal that someone who benefited of a improper form, of something illegal get punished for t‌his such things, but its totally unfair someone that didnt know about get punished by something that he didnt do, or didnt have knowlege that their friends were doing.

Today, I talked with some peoples that I hunted with, and asked, all them dennied effectively the use of BOT, but I suspect that some could be using. I always suspected of a buddy that hunted with me, that left Thera recently, Din'Gix, and his friend Volrath Capashen that usually hunted with me, because once he got deleted because of illegal Software.
Independent of anything, I never got nothing from them, never needed nothing from them, the only thing I'm guilty is of played on the same server as them, and of being on the same hunt with them, but its unfair someone honest as me get deleted, this way you gonna be punishing the wrong person, gonna be punishing an honest player, making an honest player quitting, while the true villains playing.

I come earnestly, please, give back my character, I'm an honest player, I follow the rules, and I'm being punished by something I didnt do.

Outra coisa que vale salientar, é que no Brasil, normalmente você contrata serviço de internet de terceiros, ou seja, você e todo o seu bairro normalmente usam a mesma internet, com o mesmo IP, além disso, é normal depois da escola, eu ir até alguma lan house, jogar um pouco, agora se alguém que usa o mesmo serviço de internet, ou que frequenta a mesma lan house, usa algum programa ilegal, eu não tenho culpa, muito menos sou beneficiado por isso, eu pago por um serviço assim como todas as outras pessoas que usam a mesma internet, eu não posso me responsabilizar pelo uso delas, se alguém que usa o mesmo serviço de internet, ou frequenta a mesma lan house, e usa BOT, a culpa não é minha, muito menos eu sou beneficiado por isso!
O Bot é sim um problema dentro do jogo, porem é injusto, minha conta, que eu dediquei anos e anos da minha vida, ser deletada, por “associação”, levando em consideração que eu NUNCA usei nada ilegal, se as pessoas usam BOT, é porque apesar dos esforços que vocês fazem, ainda existe margem pra isso, porem vocês estão simplesmente pegando um player HONESTO, que nunca usou nada, e deletando ele, por causa de uma “associação” com BOT.
Levando isso para a vida real, é normal uma pessoa que se beneficiou de maneira indevida, de algo ilícito, ser punido da mesma forma que a pessoa que fez aquilo, porem é injusto, uma pessoa, que não tinha conhecimento, um leigo, ser punido, por algo que ela não fez, ou não tinha conhecimento que as pessoas a sua volta, estavam fazendo.
Hoje eu conversei com algumas pessoas que eu caçava e perguntei, todas negaram de maneira efetiva o uso de BOT, porem eu desconfio que algumas podiam estar usando SIM. Eu sempre suspeitei de um colega que caçava comigo, que saiu de thera recentemente, Din’Gix, e o mage do amigo dele Volrath Capashen que normalmente caçavam comigo, porque uma vez o Volrath Capashen foi deletado por uso de software ilegal.
Independente de qualquer coisa, eu nunca ganhei nada deles, nunca dependi nada deles, a única coisa que eu sou culpado, é de ter jogado no mesmo mundo que eles, e de estar na mesma hunt que eles, porem é injusto um player honesto como eu, ser deletado, dessa forma vocês vão estar punindo a pessoa errada, vão estar punindo um jogador honesto, fazendo um jogador honesto parar de jogar, enquanto os verdadeiros vilões estão jogando!
Eu venho pedir encarecidamente, por favor, levem meu apelo em consideração, e devolvam meu char, eu sou um player honesto, sigo as regras, e estou sendo punido por algo que eu não fiz!
