Clarification about group presentations
Data Analysis-There are 2 types of statsitice namely descriptive stat and inferential stats, for you to be able to answer and interpret the data pertaining the sop 1 about demograph and pshycographc, you will use percentage
Google forms have the answer to know the frequency and to avoid the manual computations. Just click percentage, use percentage to interpret SOP 2. On the other hand SOP 2, NEED 2 STATSISTICAL TOOLSwherein the respondents answer if they are agree or not about the parameter, then you will compute the mean and standard deviation separately.
-Weighted mean will enter in scale, for instance in parameter 1 is 2.52, the interpretation is moderately agree. Another is 3.62 the interpretation is strongly agree.
-Mean measure the central tendency, reflect the answer of the respondents that why we need to compute the weighted mean.
Standard Deviation- measure of dispersion, how widely an answer of respondents spread. If the dispersion is wide it is heterogenous, the standard value is 1.0 and above = heterogenous meaning they have different views, evaluation and assesment. On the other hand less than 1, for instance .58 this means homogenous.
Recommended Scale
The lowest is 1.0 to 1.49 = disagree
1.50-2.49 = moderately agree
2.50-3.49=agree
3.50-4.0 = strongly agree
It may be vary depending on the options on the SOP that have been used. (Questions in the parameters)
