How do customers get Flex?
The best part about Flex is that it's available Xfinity Non-Video Internet customers, for a one time activation fee of $15.00. All they need do is visit the Xfinity Flex website to request their Flex device, and they can plug in and start watching their favorite content right away! Apps are pre-loaded and ready to go as soon as they press on.
Xfinity Flex is available for a one time $15 activation fee and is limited to 3 devices.* Customers can order additional devices for $5.00 per month each. They can return the device any time. Customers can even use their own modem and router!
