Identifying precise Bacillus species content typically requires molecular techniques that analyze the genetic material of the bacteria. Future researchers can use these methods. Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR): 16S rRNA gene sequencing: Amplify and sequence a highly conserved 16S ribosomal RNA gene in bacteria but have distinct regions that can be used to identify species. Whole-genome sequencing (WGS) This is the most comprehensive method for Bacillus species identification. It involves the sequencing of the entire bacterial genome. WGS is a powerful tool for identifying Bacillus species and characterizing their genetic features. PCR, WGS, and such are example of Molecular Identification (MOL ID). Complex and contextdependent interactions of fungi to endophytic bacteria may occur. While some bacteria and fungi develop mutually beneficial relationships, others are likely to behave in an antagonistic manner. Different fungi can produce bioactive compounds which may have antimicrobial characteristics against bacteria in the context of fighting or inhibiting each other. And future researchers can used different fungi that can fight with endophytic like Trichoderma, a biocontrol agents. Certain species of Trichoderma are widely known as biocontrol agents which can be used to combat plant pathogenic bacteria via the production of antifungal metabolites and enzymes. And Penicillium species (Antibiotic production) Penicillium, which includes a famous plant called Penicillium chrysogenum, produces antibiotics with anticonvulsant properties and may hinder the growth of bacteria. Streptomyces species (Actinobacteria Antibiotics) Streptomyces, which is a genus of Actinobacteria, is known for producing a wide variety of antibiotics. There is an activity against fungi and bacteria in some of these antibiotics.
