My First Experience at a Meditation Retreat

It was a strange expertise to have our usual sensory input decreased to a minimal. As the times handed, one notices a delicate quietness and sharpness of the thoughts creating. Compare the thoughts going from an ocean of waves and thoughts to a still lake with ideas rippling beneath the surface.
The Future
Life is not so simple as happening a retreat after which your problems are solved. I skilled a glimpse of a path in the direction of balancing the thoughts.
