Notes

This is my 60 second review of the Charlton game. As you know this was the piatics first game after taking ownership of the club. You can tell they are all about fan experience. The fan zone was packed with bars and food trucks and the big screen was massive. It felt as a game that we needed to win but the result didnt matter as long as we didnt lose. I would have taken a draw before the game had started because every point is a point to safety. The new Right Wing Back / Right Back / Right Winger played really well and i cant wait for him to grow into this club even more. Hes got great technical ability and has some skill about him to. He also had the left back on skates with some of them first touches. Although, I thought after to be fair a ecent performance last week by plange he didnt do much if anything really this week. I thought Lavelle's goal has been coming good for him he got it against his former club. If I'm honest I thought when he took a touch he ruined it but he put it into the back of the net. After that there wasn't much happened except a few missed opportunities although we had a wasted freekick right at the end and set pieces haven't been to strong so far. (New set piece taker in January?) But overall a really good game and i hope to see even more improvements in the fanzone and other areas of the ground. UTB!!!
