本群組成立於2013年，歷史悠久。為推動民主化及回應訴求，管理（午膳事務）委員會（下稱「午委會」）現在加入一位經由「真普選方案」選出的委員。具體選舉方案如下：
自行提名
有意成為委員的人士自行向「午委會」主席提名
全民投票
經「午委會」篩選後，候選人將會經由「一人一票」方式選出
提名階段現已展開，由即日起至二零一六年二月五日下午4時，請以WhatsApp向「午委會」主席－邵維泰－自行提名。
全民投票階段將於二零一六年二月五日晚上11時展開，詳情稍後公佈。
