Gregory's devoted companion Cassie sets out on a risky quest to rescue him from the wreckage of the once-thriving Pizzaplex. The plant was apparently destroyed by a "earthquake," and it is currently in disarray. With a Security Mask, a Faz-Wrench, and Roxy-Talky, Cassie talks to the stranded Gregory, who is underground and in desperate need of her help.

Her adventure takes place inside the dilapidated and depressing Pizzaplex, where dark obstacles and broken animatronics lie in wait. She uses the Security Mask as a key to unlock puzzles and get past broken obstacles. Even though "The Entity" seems menacing, the mask makes her invisible, which lets her outwit other animatronics. While deactivating security nodes to bring back power to various Pizzaplex sections, Cassie faces distinct obstacles and enemies, one of which being the formidable Prototype Glamrock Freddy. Her ultimate goal is to locate Gregory, turn off every security device, and get out of this dangerous place. The shocking truth, though, is that Gregory's distress call was staged by a fraudster going by the name of "The Mimic."
