香港，一個發展迅速的現代城市，背後卻隱藏著眾多社會問題，涉及房屋、貧窮、老年社會和環境等方面。在這個緊湊的都市中，我們見證七百多萬人共同生活，卻也深刻感受到一大堆的民生問題。為了應對這些挑戰，我們於2017年成立了「香港生命力」，作為政府認可的註冊慈善機構，致力於為有需要的人提供支援，特別針對貧困家庭、長者和復康人士提供多元化的支援服務，同時倡導傷健共融，致力建立一個平等、公義的社會。
糧餉坊食物援助服務計劃
服務目標
糧餉坊是我們的主要食物援助服務計劃，旨在透過收集物資，包括食物和日用品，為經濟遭逢突變、難以應付日常食物開支的個人或家庭提供短期食物援助，以協助他們渡過生活上的短暫困難。
對象關懷
我們深知劏房戶面對的經濟壓力和生活困難，因此我們的計劃針對基層家庭，特別是那些收入較低或面臨經濟困難的家庭。我們提供營養豐富的食物，確保他們能夠滿足基本的飲食需求，同時減輕經濟負擔。
特殊需求支援
我們重視對殘疾人士的關懷和支持，致力於提供適合他們特殊需求的食物，確保他們能夠獲得均衡的營養，提升他們的生活品質。
孤獨老人支援
我們關注獨居長者的孤獨和照顧問題，通過提供食物支援，確保他們能夠獲得充足的飲食，同時提供社交互動的機會，以減輕他們的孤單感，促進社區的凝聚力。
行動方針
CSR伙伴模式 。透過互動遊戲和義工帶領的活動，參與者在自主的空間中學習『均衡營養、三低一高、多菜少肉』的知識，這不僅深化了他們對飲食的理解，還能應用在日常生活中，建立健康均衡的飲食習慣。
社會共融與公義
我們的工作不僅僅是提供食物援助，更是促進社會共融和建立公義社會的一部分。我們致力於讓每個人都能享有基本的生活需求，無論他們的經濟狀況如何。透過這些努力，我們希望建立一個更加平等、公正的香港社會。
