we have covered different services provided by xfinity such as
internet services
voice services
tv and streaming
home security
etc
and we have covered some tools also such as
one CTI
VM ware
Einestine 360

first of all
there is VMware application on the desktop, click on that
then login using BP ID
then open EINSTEIN 360 and ACSR
then open CTI tool using AWAYA ID
then their is icon of guy in blue t-shirt click on that and choose AUTO-IN
then we are ready to take calls

for Transfer of calls
there is icon on the top with green arrow, click on that,
and then check whether the customer is authorized or not
then click in FILTER
and there will be a list of departments along with waiting time
if the waiting time if less than 1 minute then we choose WARM TRANFER
if the waiting time is more than 1 minute, then choose COLD TRANSFER

FOR BREAK
click on the AUX icon (on the top)
there will be list if different kind of breaks
choose option 1 for BIO BREAK(option name is BREAK)
for meal, option 9( option name is LUNCH)

if you have exfinity app open it there is accont icon on right side
rental charge for cable box which he is using now

steps for auto pay
sign in to your account using your Xfinity pas and iD
Click on your account icon from the top right corner
select billing details
scroll down to bill settings and then select the autopay box
select the payment method you want to use for auto pay. you can choose a saved payment method from the list or add new payment method
click the box next i agree to the auto pay terms and conditions
fill details
click set up

paper less billing
through xfinity my account app
log in to the app and tap manage billing preferences{on the my account overview screen}
tap bill delivery options
choose Ecobill and once you review the terms of services, check the box next to i agree to the comcast Ecobill terms of services
click save to finish
