we have no system in place for me to know besides you mentioning it once a month ago on an email. Using that was justification for lowering my over and over feels slimy.

Determining my pay on how you feel Monday morning is more what it seems like.

Why would I work when I get paid off of how you're feeling. Why would I feel motivated to work (people work for money) when every time I work or put a lot of effort in I get shafted in return.

We talked on the phone about Manny and you said YOU had to be the one to talk personally to clients.

Having some system in place with structure to achieve these goals makes all of the difference, and we lack that organization. Also, not retroactively docking my pay on a price we already agreed upon as I've gone well above and beyond is needed. When business isn't doing as well as it was 6 months ago, and you're having a stressful morning, after I've put 5-8 hours daily throughout the week on top of extra hours to help whenever you need, all to have my pay retroactively cut fucking sucks and isn't going to work. I've asked for one day off, ever. Think about that. Most jobs wouldn't ever dare pay cut someone two weeks in a row, let alone erasing almost half of the pay retroactively as I was under the impression I was working for $350, then under the impression I was working for $250 just to find out the work I did would only result in $200 pay 3 days after the work has been completed. The Manny thing wasn't actively ignored, we just don't have a system in place at all for me to know to follow up on that besides you sending one email a month ago and then never bringing it up again. The quality of work you receive will not increase with lowering pay, especially the way it was done.
