NOTICE INVITING TENDER FOR OUTSOURCING OF DATA ENTRY WORK FOR THE COMPUTERISATION OF DISTRICT COURTS UNDER e-COURTS PROJECT
The Registrar General, High Court of Madhya Pradesh invites sealed tenders from reputed and experienced IT Service Providers / Data Entry Firms for carrying out the following work at the District Courts Complexes in the State of Madhya Pradesh as per "Annexure-A".
"Entry of data / Cases in the Case Information System software of the District Courts daily on the working days between 10 AM to 6 PM or as directed to do so. Total expected volume of work is the data entry of estimated 12 lakh cases in Hindi / English. The work is to commence within 10 days positively at all the locations after issuing the work order."
Prospective Service Providers are required to submit their tenders in the given format (enclosed herewith) quoting rates with Computers and without Computers, separately based on per unit number of records entered for each Form The prescribed formats, terms and conditions and further details on the nature of work to be done may be obtained from the Central Project Coordinator, High Court of Madhya Pradesh, Jabalpur,
Service provider will be selected on the basis of his reputation, Technical and financial capacity (including turn-over of the last three financial years), availability of trained manpower i.e Data Entry Operators and monitoring engineer/supervisor (Minimum DOEACC "O" level and above) and job experience of similar work with the Govt. Further, the prospective service provider should have minimum gross receipts of Rs.50 Lakh in the preceding financial year.
