To View Current Performance Goals, click here and press “OK”. (leaders, enter the name of your direct report when prompted)
Goals can be added or updated via: View Profile -> Performance -> Performance Goals.
Career & Development: You own your career, and a key action is to regularly plan for where you want your career journey to take you by crafting and executing to development goals. To help you identify and craft a relevant and motivational development goal, access the Career Development Planning Form. Be prepared to discuss progress in current or new development goals with your leader.
