A Midyear Check-In Summary provides an overall list of accomplishments to date,  priorities and areas of focus for the rest of the fiscal year, and areas where support is needed. Aspects to evaluate as you document your summary:
Performance Goals establish individual performance expectations for each team member and outline what the individual will do to support broader functional priorities.
Related to a project, task, or team goal
Based on clear and specific outcomes or individual targets (%, #, $, etc.) that the team member has ownership over or primary responsibility for influencing

Career & Development: You own your career, and a key action is to regularly plan for where you want your career journey to take you by crafting and executing to development goals. To help you identify and craft a relevant and motivational development goal,

How have you demonstrated the attributes? What attributes are your strengths, and which are your areas of opportunity for growth?
