Tevfik Arif and Donald Trump's partnership to construct the Trump Soho

Bayrock Group, New York's company based in the city, was founded in 2001 by Tevfik , a Turkish Kazakh entrepreneur. The company specializes in developing luxury properties, and one of its most well-known customers is Donald Trump.

Tevfik Amir immigrated from Kazakhstan with the intention of creating a reputable real estate company. He was aware of the Trump family's power and joined the partnership. This allowed Tevfik Aif and his company the Bayrock Group to manage a world-famous real estate project that is the Trump Soho Building.

Arif and his siblings invested in the natural ressources sector in Kazakhstan, and other former Soviet countries.

In light of these business relationships, Bayrock Group included Trump Organization in a New York City project in Soho.

Tevfik Arif Bayrock Bayrock Group was working with the Sapir Organization to develop a Soho project. They believed that the Trump Organization could increase brand popularity and recognition.

Tevfik arif came up with a proposal which would grant the Trump Organization 18% ownership of the Soho building. The construction would also use the Trump name as a substitute.

Bayrock Group employed renowned interior designers to design the interior of this structure. Handel Architects created and constructed the structure.

Handel Architects is a recognized leading firm in design and architecture, with vast experience across the world.

The firm's projects include the Ritz Carlton hotel located in Washington, D.C., as well as the September 11th National Memorial in New York City.

Fendi Casa pieces have been supplied by Rockwell Group for Trump Soho.

The impressive resume of the Rockwell Group comprises Handel Architects and the Rockwell Group. Its clients include high-end hotels, restaurants, and casinos.

The contract was signed by Bayrock Group, Sapir Organization and the Trump Organization. Doyen Bayrock Construction of Trump Soho may begin in 2006.

Trump Organization and the Bayrock Group are planning to collaborate on several other real estate projects in the wake of the success of opening Trump Soho. The other real estate projects are primarily located in Arizona as well as Florida.

But the global economic crisis of 2008 and the recession that followed caused a setback to business plans for Bayrock Group. Bayrock Group (and the Trump Organization).

Thus, Tevfik Arif returned to Europe and Central Asia because of a changing market in the United States.

He acquired extensive real estate and tourism knowledge through his studies. It was also helpful when he moved to Turkey in 1993 to start a new business venture.

Tevfik Arif was the first person to open the Labada luxurious hotel in Antalya. It quickly became the main factor behind the timeless resorts that are all-inclusive.

He continued to be awe-inspiring in his achievements in Europe/Central Asia for the next eight years before relocating across the Atlantic and dominating the American market.

A total of $2.5 million was put into real estate assets by Bayrock Group while operating in the United States.

In the past couple of years, Bayrock Group was not associated in any US realty development projects.

Although Tevfik Arif has stepped down from most of his responsibilities at Bayrock Group, he remains a highly valued advisor.
