From my perspective, what makes someone a fantastic leader on a Lush shop floor is their ability to inspire and empower their team. A great leader at Lush understands the importance of creating a supportive and inclusive environment where every team member feels valued and motivated. They lead by example, demonstrating a genuine passion for the products and a commitment to exceptional customer service. Communication skills are key, as a fantastic leader effectively communicates goals and expectations while also listening to and respecting the ideas and concerns of their team. Additionally, a strong sense of empathy allows them to understand and address the needs of both customers and team members alike. Ultimately, a fantastic leader on a Lush shop floor is someone who fosters a sense of community, encourages creativity, and cultivates a positive and uplifting atmosphere for everyone, since lush is all about collaboration i believe communication and being all inclusive is what will make lush the best it could possibly be.


From my perspective, an exceptional customer service experience is defined by several key factors. Firstly, genuine empathy and understanding from the representative make a significant difference. Feeling heard and valued as a customer fosters a sense of trust and loyalty. Clear communication is also crucial; being able to articulate solutions or provide assistance in a concise and understandable manner demonstrates professionalism and competence. Timeliness plays a role as well; prompt responses and efficient resolution of issues show respect for the customer's time and needs. Moreover, going above and beyond expectations leaves a lasting impression. Whether it's offering personalized recommendations, anticipating future needs, or simply expressing gratitude, these small gestures can elevate the overall experience from satisfactory to truly outstanding. Ultimately, exceptional customer service is about making customers feel not just satisfied, but genuinely cared for and appreciated.

I'm really excited about the opportunity to work with Lush because of my personal experience with sensitive skin. Throughout my life, I've struggled to find skincare products that are both effective and gentle on my skin. However, after discovering Lush and experiencing firsthand the power of natural ingredients, I've become a loyal fan. The fact that Lush's products are handmade with fresh, organic ingredients gives me confidence that I can trust their formulas to be gentle and nourishing. I'm eager to share my own journey with sensitive skin and help others find solutions that work for them, making their skincare routines a source of joy rather than frustration. i believe beauty products are a girls best friend, ive personally struggled with exzcema on my skin and very sensitive and dry skin, so i had to be very careful with what used on my face, so being part of a brand which is organic centred will help me knowledge customers of information i learnt from my problems but also help customers from the knowledge ill learn from there.
