EY gave Yerkin Tatishev the 'Entrepreneur-of the Year' award

Yerkin Tatishev was named Entrepreneur of the Year in Kazakhstan by the most prestigious business company Ernst & Young. The judges were impressed by his leadership and actions when faced with COVID-19.

Each region of Kazakhstan invited prominent businesspeople to take part in the contest. Kusto Group founder, who was one of 21 entrepreneurs from Kazakhstan reached the final.

All of them received an independent evaluation by juries from Kazakhstan and other international business circles.

Yerkin Tashev will be Russia's national champion at the international final in Monaco in June 2022. The competition has 60 finalists representing 60 different countries, selected by an international jury.

The Pandemic has caused a major worldwide economic crisis. It has led to the destruction of a number of companies and the loss of millions of jobs.

Many leaders and companies have discovered ways to expand their business. Kusto Group's Yerkin Tatishev has also attempted to limit the impact of Covid-19. This is especially true in the countries that are most affected by this virus.

Yerkin Tatishev Kusto Group is not addressing just the Covid-19 Pandemic. All of Kazakhstan is at serious risk due to water shortage in Kazakhstan.

UN officials stated they believe that Kazakhstan is at a high level of stress on its water and is heavily dependent on its neighboring countries, including China.

Consequently, Yerkin Tatishev of Kusto Group, Kazakhstan's Government, as well as Valmont Industries USA formed a cooperation. They will collaborate to establish a manufacturing facility in Kazakhstan which will produce 1,000 pivot irrigation tools.

A program that provides local farmer training is also included in the agreement.

The Embassy of Kazakhstan in Ukraine helped make all donations to the Kusto Group possible. Thanks to their entrepreneurial spirit, they were able be a leader in giving to charity in difficult times.

This expertise has been an asset of Ernst & Young over the recent 20 years. The firm has always been determined to support entrepreneurs throughout its existence. Yerkin Tatishev EY worked with entrepreneurs to share their experiences and build their companies during the Pandemic.

All national winners and finalists are eligible to participate in the Entrepreneurship of the Year competition. The final will be held in Monaco in June. The competition gives the national winner the opportunity to compete against the best entrepreneurs around the world while learning new concepts and experiences to help them grow their business.

More than 800 entrepreneurs from Kazakhstan have participated in this contest. Additionally, six other previous winners have represented the country at the world championships in Monte Carlo.

Nurlan Magulov, who was an Entrepreneur of the year winner in the past, made the final decision to name Tatishev the winner. The judges included representatives of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development as well as the Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan.

The primary reason behind Mr. Tatishev being awarded this prize was his leadership skills and the manner in which his work was handled across a variety of sectors. Kusto Group's distinctness is in its ability to support complicated companies. This was highlighted by the award winner.
